I have spent many years of training and I am fully qualified to practise all of the treatments that I use.
I am also a member of many official bodies covering the areas in which I practise including The British Reflexology association, The Bayly School of Reflexology, and The British Institute for Allergy and Environmental Therapy.
As well as taking my initial examinations I also attend regular workshops and update courses whenever possible so as to keep up to date with all of the latest techniques and theories regarding improving health and quality of life for my clients & patients.
I also hold qualifications as an emergency workplace first aid provider, and am qualified to teach some of the treatments in which I practise.
I do not only practise on my clients & patients but also believe in and use my methods myself as I believe that to demonstrate a therapy to a client I need to have undergone the same treatment myself.
I have followed a spiritual path for many years, having sat in a developing physical circle and regularly meditating for personal development and relaxation.
I first began my Reiki path in August 1996 after attending a course in Bromsgrove for enlightenment in complementary therapy. After such an uplifting experience from doing my Reiki 1 I quickly advanced on to do my Reiki 2. I found that Reiki helped me in all aspects of my life as well as helping others. In 2002 I was ready to progress on to becoming a Reiki Master with the aim to bring Reiki in to many more peoples life.
